Our signature Yoga Pilates Fusion class blends the mindful, fluid stretching of Vinyasa and Hatha Flow with the intense core-strengthening and muscle-toning principles of Mat Pilates. This hybrid practice gives you the best of both worlds: the flexibility, balance, and stress relief of yoga, combined with the deep abdominal strength, stability, and postural alignment of Pilates. It is the ultimate full-body workout for anyone looking to build a lean, strong, and flexible physique.
-
Absolutely! All of our classes—whether dynamic Hatha Flow, energetic Vinyasa, or deeply relaxing Yin Yoga—are fully accessible to beginners. Our instructors provide modifications and variations for every single pose, allowing you to practice safely at your own pace. If you are looking for a gentle introduction, Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga are fantastic starting points, while Vinyasa offers a great option if you want to move at a slightly faster, breath-synchronized rhythm.

Private 1-on-1 classes offer a fully customized experience tailored entirely to your body, goals, and schedule. Whether you are recovering from an injury, want to master advanced poses, need personalized adjustments, or prefer a private environment to build confidence, our private yoga and Pilates sessions provide the focused attention you cannot get in a large group. We design each class around your specific physical needs and wellness goals.
-
Our live online private classes bring studio-quality instruction directly into your home via high-definition video streaming. Prior to the session, we discuss your goals and any physical limitations. For your home setup, all you strictly need is a reliable internet connection, a laptop or tablet, and a standard yoga mat. If you have props like yoga blocks, a strap, or a Pilates ball, that’s great—but if not, we can easily use everyday household items like pillows and books as substitutes!
-
For our outdoor beach yoga sessions, we recommend bringing a large beach towel or an extra yoga mat that you don't mind getting sandy. It’s also wise to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a light jacket or layers, as beach breezes can sometimes feel cool during our final relaxation (Savasana). Practicing by the ocean is an incredible way to ground your energy and connect deeply with nature!
-
Not at all. Our Mat Pilates sessions focus on controlled, low-impact movements designed to improve muscular endurance and core stability rather than high-intensity cardio. Because every exercise can be modified to be easier or more challenging, it is an excellent fitness choice for absolute beginners, older adults, or anyone looking to build fundamental body strength without straining their joints.
-
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, active ("yang") style of yoga where you fluidly transition from one pose to the next, synchronized with your breath to build internal heat, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Yin Yoga is the exact opposite—a slow, meditative, passive practice where floor-based poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes. Yin targets the deep connective tissues and fascia to dramatically improve joint mobility and calm the nervous system. Balancing both styles is highly recommended for optimal physical health.

Yes, our Yoga and Pilates fusion is highly effective at relieving chronic lower back pain and correcting poor posture. Most back issues stem from a weak core and tight hamstrings or hip flexors. Pilates directly strengthens the "powerhouse" (your deep abdominal and pelvic muscles that support the spine), while yoga opens up tight muscle groups and improves spinal flexibility. Together, they create a balanced, pain-free body alignment.
